When my waters broke, I was advised to go into Hos to be checked as wasnt having any pains etc etc . . . .they sent me home armed with a handful of these and told me to check my temp every 2-3 hours. It was a guessing game really. Just could not get them to work properly. Soon as I took it out of my mouth, it changed!!!!
