Well I know its simplistic, but alot of ppl don't wet their hands prior to putting soap on em, so make sure you wet them first (I'm not being patronising by the way!!) I never used to before starting the course always used to put soap straight on.
Also Josies idea is fab, and if your on about the hibiscrub-its awful isn't it?? Wait till you scrub to take the baby in theatre-its almost as if with each scrub you remove another few layers of skin (NIIIIICE!!!).
I smother my hands in superdrugs own brand night cream before bed and then first thing before i set off for work, then the day cream on the hip at all times, also aldis own cream is really good, and cheap (as we need loads throughout the course don't we???) xx
