I agree with the comments posted on here. It's the Doctor's who make the decision to go for a section and it's the whole theatre team including the hospital who should be taking the blame not just the midwife.

It must be awful to lose a baby in such circumstances but the parents need to look at the bigger picture not just go for the one person who was probably on their side.
