I wondered that but haven't found any confirmation on my many trawls though www. Bummer if so. I have a degree already so can go straight from diploma to MA, bypassing a dissertation, but i don't know if that will get me brownie points :::shrugs shoulders::: Maybe i need to specialise and look for posts related to more specific health promotion areas, like BFing or sommat . If that makes sense!

As for practicing as a MW, I know that Ontario requires you to do a 9 month top up, but British Columbia doesn't. I can do an elective over there in my 3rd year, but there seems little point of i need a nursing qualification before i can do anything.....anyways. I need to research a lot and cross everything at the same time!

Good luck with the Oz ambitions. I take it you are a single mum too? Is that why you are waiting until your LO is a bit older?
