Hmm, this is such an interesting topic, and after reading it on here this morningI then saw it int he Sun at work and we were discusssing it.
My friend raised an interesting topic that J ™ and Sassy also commented on; that if he has chosen to become a man, he surely couldnt give it up that easily, or as she put it; 'you can't have your cake and eat it!'
I can understand that they really wish to have a child, start a family and raise a beautiful person, but there are many other routes, they could have fostered or adopted, as many couples who cannot concieve have to do!
I do think the child will live a 'postcard' life as you mention J ™, but at the same time, something like that may come out eventually, even if its when shes 13 and decided to Google her mum/dad!!
I think its very interesting to read/see how different societies are reacting to it, and am curious about the neighbour who says its a hoax!
