There is alot of bullying in midwifery and in the NHS generally. One of the reasons I started this site is because I wanted to try to keep that positivity and support for oneanother going right into practice and through the other side to qualifying. In my mind if we can stamp out the bitching and bullying we wont loose excellent midwives who give up because of the environment they have to work in. In my mind there is no need for it.
