I still have doubts - and I've been qualified two years!

Seriously, having doubts and worries just shows that you are thinking things through properly, and that you are wanting to get things right. Doing the course with (or without) kids is challenging on many levels, and anyone who doesn't have doubts is either not being realistic about what lies ahead - or deluding themself.
