I think all our doubts run along the same lines. I worry about not being good enough, about the kids, money etc.
I just think that I have to do this or I'll never know whether I can do it or not. I have wanted to do this so much and for so long that if I don't do it then I'll never know whether I was good enough to do it. Life is too short not to follow your dream and I'd hate to look back and know that I backed away from a challenge.
I believe every day will be a challenge and that there is so much to learn but that the reward will be amazing. I want to do the best that I can for the women in my care and be the best midwife I can be.
