I agree, I think practice is good.
However, Cardiff was my first interview and I think that because I didn't know what to expect I didn't go in with any preconcieved ideas of how it would be and, looking back, I think I was most myself at that interview.
I got into Cardiff but was unsuccessful at Glamorgan, my second interview and we shall see about Swansea.
I keep trying to compare it to how the other interviews went and I think, as I'd had more interview experience some of my answers were almost rehearsed sounding but when I had questions I was not expecting (as they hadn't been asked before) I was floored and seemed almost to be grasping at straws to answer.
I think it can be a double edged sword really, having had more interviews to practice. I think my advice to people applying next year would be to apply to as many as possible to try and get practice at interview but do not think you know what you're going to get at your last interview because every institute is different.
