Our cohort have just started our clinical placements, (i start thursday) some of the girls started yesterday and weve been chatting over our uni blackboard about it and i cant believe what some have been doing on their first day.
One was on labour ward (where i will be) and she did 2 VE's, a pethadene(sp?) injection, wrote upnotes and did obs.
Now i expected to do obs and notes, but VE's and injections?!?! She said she really enjoyed it tho and cant wait to get back there, it has put my mind as ease a bit because i know everyone enjoyed themselves but i am a little nervous about being thrown in the deep end!
