There is always something and if we lived on the what if's of life we wouldn't really be living. Maybe in year three you could get a proffessional development loan or something. Give the student finance place a ring and ask. I do know what you mean about needing to know but if you want to follow your dream you have to wing it a bit. I could have got a well paid job and not have to be skint but the reward compared to the sacrifice is no competition for me. My OH is on a temp contract till October and I do worry but it's not going to stop me because my whole family will benefit from having a happy working midwife mummy eventually!!
