Please can we all refrain form mentioning names on the site?

This is no slight on anyone personally, and they are all positive comments, however, confidentiality is an issue we all have to be aware of in the profession we are entering into, and as this site is public, it's best to avoid all mention of names and keep them to private messaging only.
