Hello Kate, I did my health promotion on stress, it was really interesting, I had to design a poster and do powerpoint presentation, I loved it, found the topic really fascinating, if you need some ref's I'll have a look for you, I did it in association with the affect on premature births, especially when you look at the 9/11 tragedy, where I think 1 million babies in the 3 months that followed were born prem!!!!
