I think each case is different, and one woman can't and shouldn't be viewed the same way as another.

I do agree that women should have a choice, but I feel that it should be a fully informed choice, and not one based on little or no knowledge. If she has been given all the facts, and had a good clear discussion about what to expect, then she can then decide what is best.

I think that normality should be encouraged and supported as much as possible, and any interventions explained as being a last resort when things aren't going well.

Not sure I have explained that very well, can't seem to say what I mean clearly today.
