It might just be me being a bit supid but just thought i would make everyone else aware of this.

I took my PN1 form into my local student finance department as i need my passport and couldnt risk it not being returned to me for two weeks.

any way, as a student midwife on an NHS funded course, we only need to complete section 1 to 6 which i think we are all aware of. What i missed was there is a declaration on about page 23 of the PN1 which states the info given is true and correct.

DIdnt want any one else ot forget to send this with their application for student finance. (maybe im the only stupid one!)
