Default Re: Energy levels

I worry about this too as I often get 'the shakes'. I can get it a couple of hours after eating and if I don't do anything about it, I feel light headed, my legs feel weak, my vision goes weired. It's like I'm a wee bit drunk if that makes any sense???

It always goes if I have a sweet coffee/pop/sweeties etc but that does me no good at all

I almost crashed once on my way home from uni as I felt like this. I checked my mirror to go round a car but as my reactions were slow by the time I looked infront again, I was almost in the car boot!!!!! Very scary!
