nmemonic for shoulder dystocia is the one we get taught at uni via the ALSO (advanced life support in obstetrics) is HELPER
H-call for Help
E-Evaluate for episiotomy (mm I know cos you could with the head there right?)
L-Legs (in MacRoberts position)
P-Pressure (suprapubic)
E-Enter (3 manoevres)
R-Rotate woman on all fours and begin manouvres again.

I also make up extremely stupid ones for my own use, such as the hormones produced by the pituitary were MGTAFLP
so I remembered them in that order by My God Tracy Alans Fair Losing Pubes (he isn't of course lol) but I shared it with 2 of the girls and the question came up I think we were the only 3 that remembered them all lol
I have loads like that, childish but it helps me x
