Its the Hannah trial that you are looking for. That seems to be the research upon whch my trust offer elective LSCS to women with breech babies after 37 weeks. I will see if I can find the full reference

I can recommened Mary Cronk`s study day ` A Day at the Breech" I went last year and found it wonderful and Mary stunning to listen to
