Descent
Flexion
Internal rotation of the head
Crowning/extension
Restitution
Internal rotation of the shoulders
Anterior shoulder
Posterior shoulder
Lateral flexion (to deliver the shoulders!)
That's great
Oxford handbook only had those I mentioned...hmmm.
