The Active Birth Book is one of my required readings but I'm having a hard time finding it anywhere....Have to admit I haven't looked in a little while, though.

Thank you for this list! I adore Ina May. I also like Holistic Midwifery Vol. I by Anne Frye. And the Midwife's Handbook is one I refer back to quite a bit.
