Well, that really is a load of claptrap, especially the bit about breastfed children having lower IQs, I read on msnbc last month about a long term study that showed breastfed children to be more intelligent that children not breastfed, although they couldn't say if it was the breastfeeding itself or that women who breastfeed tend to be more intelligent and also more interested in their children so stimulate them more.

Mind you, while I am very pro breastfeeding (fed both my sons myself), and please don't hate me for saying this but I do believe that breastfeeding beyond a certain age does border on paedophilia, I couldn't give you an exact cut off age but certainly up to age 8 is sick and wrong, IMO of course.
