Hiya! Had to reply to this. Exactly same thing happened to my sister, my niece was born at term weighing 4lbs 3ozs! Nobody picked up on the fact she was so teeny, despite my sister having terrible sickness all the way through the pregnancy, and not being able to eat anything other than dry toast. Think everyone was shocked when she was born, I remember thinking "where's the rest of her!!". But thank god she was ok.
