Hi there I live in S cambs, so from the list of unis I think Bedford may be best! Does anyone know anything about the course there etc?
The more I think about midwifery and the more I find out about it, the more it appeals, the only thing that has put me off over the years is the thought of horrible old battle axe midwives! I encountered a few with the birth of my daughter who, quite frankly, made the experience something very upsetting and scary! (well, more scary than it already was!!) I don't know how I would deal with them on a professional basis!
