i have rang them today as mine still says 'awaiting assessment' and they said that they have only just recently been able to start processing the ones that were blocked and it will get done. he even said he will put it to the top of the pile seeing as i applied about 1000 years ago (well it feels like it lol -it was probably feb i think). he says i should be entitled to the reduced rate one because i am entitled to funding from the NHS (the means tested bursary) -but obviously he would not give me a definite yes yet. my last degree was psychology, and this one is a health care degree so i am entitled.
