I had this facebook link a while ago, I spoke to one of the midwives at work about it and apparently it's very rare but can cause problems if the Mum gets a coldsore for the 1st time after delivery as there is no immunity passed on - I'll see if I can find a link about it as this all sounds a bit vague LOL
