Hi ladies

I noticed on the questions asked at interview section a few people have been asked how they would cope with a back shift straight into an early shift and potentially not seeing their children for a few days. Or just how they would cope with shifts/children in general?

Can anyone shed any light on this. I don't know whether to say 'oh I'll be fine and he will be fine' when potentially it will be hard. Or say 'yes I will find it hard' but then that may weaken my application.
