Default Re: looking forward to....

It was a very humbling experience, and it helped to get rid of a lot of the negative thoughts I had before I met these ladies (due to personal family experience)

I must admit I did expect at least some of the ladies to say they didn't want me present and I was prepared for that. But they were more than happy for me to be there, which meant a lot to me as I know how difficult it must have been for them to involve yet another person. I made sure I thanked them, and also to show a lot of interest in them as a person which I felt was important, I wanted to make them feel that they weren't just another 'experience' during my training, and I hope I managed to get that across to them.
