P1 and G0 means it is the first time the lady has been pregnant, so P1 ...first pregnancy, G0 means she hasn't had registerable birth before (after 28 weeks of pregnancy I think it is)
So, P7 and G6 means this lady is pregant for the 7th time, and she has had 6 live registerable birth's previously.
Hope that makes a bit of sense, took me a while to get my head around it lol.
