LOL- no one in my cohort has dropped out because they weren't spending enough time with their kids!! Guilt, maybe, but not enough to actually leave!
We have had people drop out for illness reasons, because they decided it wasnt really for them, because academically is was a bit tough going, some people have left because they are pregnant, but hope to rejoin at a later date, and another couple of miscellenous personal reasons.
Think that about covers it.
Our cohort started with 30 i think, and by the end of the first year we were down to 21. We had a couple of people rejoin so now we are back to 23. It's a really small number but great for learning.
