we started off with 20 in our cohort and are now down to 17.
two dropped off the course for family and personal reasons, and the third dropped out because of family reasons, realising it wasn't for her and feeling like she could no longer cope with the vile attitude of her mentor  (sorry it's just something i feel strongly about)
It's tough when someone leaves because it leaves you feeling fragile, your cohort are often like your family and sometimes they are the only ones who understand (kind of like on here) but i'm pretty sure the decision to leave is never taken lightly.
