Hi I have 2 friends who have dropped out for totally different reasons. Friend 1 dropped out 6 months in to year 1 as her mother in law was having her children but then decided it was too much for her and she didnt warrant for childcare help so she could not support herself. Friend 2 droppped out about 3 weeks ago in year 2!!! I said she was mad but it was to do with the doctor at the trust she was working with. From the moment she started he kept telling her that she was useless, had gone into the wrong profession at 50, who did she think she was kidding, she would never qualify as she was rubbish at what she was doing (that is just a few words that were spoken to her!) She managed it for 2 years but it got her down and she ended up hating going to placements and just said enough was a enough. I found this very sad for her but she is ok just really annoyed at the doctor and upset at the uni for not helping her out more (not sure what they could have done but she did tell them numerous times about him) xx
