That is so very sad C22, I am afraid I would have said something to the doctor. That attitude is disgusting and very unprofessional, it isn't his place to say who is and isn't good or bad.
I really feel for your friend, what an awful thing to happen to her. I don't blame her for being angry, I would be too.
