I think its G3 P2+1.. But I could be wrong as this confuses me also.. I think is depends on the gestation of the baby... (Soon to be 3rd year I should really know this :S)

Primp is a lady thats pregnant for the first time
Multip is a lady pregnant with subsequent pregnancys..
