The Uni will want to hear your side. This meeting isnt to tell you off but to find out more information about the allegations that have been made against you.
My advice would be to tell the truth, even if you think you may have done something wrong, explain why you did/behaved etc the way you did and how you feel about it now you have had time to reflect upon it. Treat it like any other workplace disagreement, but I understand you feel vulnerable as you are the student, but as Tb says things like this happen and people get through it and learn from it.
I very much doubt you need to be contemplating your future hun.
