Just take your time to read the question thoroughly and then just waffle it allout, it doesnt matter if you dont say it in the rigt order so dont worry about that its just about making sure you cover everything!

Look at the props they have given you and use them all they are there for a reason! Remember to always seek consent (except for resps!) and to wash your hands and to say you would feedback your findings to the woman and then document in the notes - no matter what the skill is! you will always need to do this!
