Default Re: Can you have more than 1 student loan?

Roo, have finally got round to looking at Alan Johnson directgov link. It took me ages to work out if i could get a student loan, but i still think the answer is no!!
How to apply for student finance

1. Can you apply for a student loan if you have previously studied in higher education?

If you have previously studied in higher education, you may be eligible to apply for a loan for general maintenance but not to cover tuition fees for your course. Your local authority will tell you if you are eligible to apply for a loan again.

my LEA said that i wasnt entitled, so i was just wondering if your friend has a specific link to the bit in the education act that you were talking about that i quote to them to make them change their minds??!! have had a look online, but all i can find applies to scotland only. Is your friend scottish by any chance?! or did she manage to get some money and live in england?
here's hoping
x
