unofficially yes I do see it in the clinical side but that would be better with the Unis on board. Ive written a proposal about the buddying system including training pack, certificate for CAP doc etc which I will roll out to Uni's in time (well those that dont have it anyway). I discussed this with my Uni last year.
But for now Id like to get it underway here......
