Well Lilstar, I think its about trust, I cant see that people can just copy it as its personal to the applicant no two applicants have the same background and experience plus its in our rules that everyone signs up to not to plagarise. Also it would only disadvantage them as if they got an interview based on someone elses PS then they wont be able to speak to it, bring it to life at interview etc. The idea is soley to give people ideas and inspiration.
