Id put it in as its a real heavyweight in the skin to skin debate. In short, some thinkers believe in doing away with incubators and going with skin to skin instead for premmies so if its good for the prems....so yea Id add it. Have you got the neonatal nurse angle in? when I was on SCBU they didnt like skin to skin at birth much as babes temp can drop quickly and end up in SCBU esp if they are prem and things like conduction, convection, radiation and evaporation arent fully considered.
