At the risk of being branded a pedant, it is actually 'independEnt', not 'independAnt'. Also not sure about 'hospitalised midwifery' but I suppose, considering the current state of obstetric nursing, oopps, midwifery is in, one could deduct that 'hospitalised midwifery' is rather apt.
