Okay, so since I'm a silly American (heehee), please help clarify: are you ladies becoming what we'd see as a nurse midwife? It would be hard for me to choose which route to take here if that is what I was doing. I would probably look into creating my own practice. As it is, I won't have the option of working in a hospital or not so I'll be doing only homebirths and have talked to another girl about partnering with her. I have been a nurse for 7 years now and am looking forward to the flexibility I will have not being in the hospital anymore.
