Default Re: Help!! physiology of raised postnatal bp?

mmm, strange.
if 6 days PN and on Labetalol, then Bp should defo have started to come down by now. If normal AN and normal delivery etc there is no physiological reason that i know off for it to be raised for so long.

I know that when i came across it on community it was because Mums were stressed with dealing with a new one, or one extra in the house to sort out. If no other symptoms or problems, we would normally see it disappear by about day 10.
Is she breastfeeding?
