Hi,

You need to contact the council where you want to move to, ask them if they will consider moving you into their area. There is a scheme where you can move from one area to another, but it usually has to be for things like caring for a sick/elderly relative, extra support for yourself and family that kind of thing.

But, it is 3 years since I last worked for a registered social landlord, so the rules may have changed since then.
