A cup of hot choc, curled up in bed, watching a soppy film... Perfect!!
(Apart from the fact that I know I wont sleep tonight and will probably still be staring at the ceiling at 3am!!)
It makes a change from gin and tonic and 4 hour telephone calls, my normal habits when sleep escapes me!!
Music is one of my main destressers (is that actually a word?) but have opted for the hot choc and film combo tonight!!!
So how does everyone else relax and chill then?
