I have been thinking of questions to ask at interview but am struggling, I know there are no wrong questions but I think all my questions seem silly and are things I should probably know, I don't want to ask a question and make them think i have not done my research nor do I not want to pose a question and it go against me - ikwim.
Thanks for any advice Jo x

A good general question that is unlikley to be answered in the interview (as they do give you alot of info aswell as ask you questions) is 'what are the further training opportunities in the Trust?' show you are thinking ahead and keen to learn, it maybe they offer ALSO training after so many years service etc.... even better ask about ALSO training
http://www.also.org.uk/ have a look

I asked how many of the course lecturers were currently practising as midwives. And what the attrition (drop out) rate was on the course, and why the people that left during the course did so.
