What are the universities saying about pass rates for those doing the access course?

as far as i no jmu only want a pass on your access course, but i have also applied to chester and they want a minimum of 70% i'm not too sure about edge hill, xx

But how will they know your passrate if you're not given one. I certainly know we're not.

yeah i know, thats why i'm so worried i wont get in. It feels like a big competition at my college as there are a lot of girls who are applying aswell, so it's just fingers crossed lol.

There are only 2 of us at college this yr applying for midwifery and 2/3 next. There was much more but they either dropped out or are now applying for nursing.

at my collage your personal tutor gives you an esstimated pass rate when you send off your ucas, and that maybe one of the reasons a conditinonal offer can be made, after reading this thread i contacted addmissions at chester and jmu and they both just want a pass from your access course. if anyone is unsure of what the uni is expeting then i would recommend giving addmissions a call, x
