Hi Steffylou!

It's gr8 to hear from someone else who has interview at Worcs! Think the way they interview ie group discussion & tests & individual interview is good coz it gives you chance to relax and put yourself across better than just in a 15 min interview. How's your preparation going?

I'll look out for you on the day and say hello!

Hi Emma! Congrats on getting a place , did you just start in the Feb intake - how's it going so far?

I feel ok about the maths and essay but have you got any tips for the group interview bit?

What questions did you ask at your interview?

Hi Ollybolly!

Thanks, I'll let you know how I get on, think Worcs let you know fairly quick, think some people have even had phone calls later the same day.

Hi KitKat

The words relax and interview in the same sentance just aren't working for me at the mo! I'm starting to get really nervous! How much prep have you done for the essay? Ive tried to summarise it, but it depends also on the discussion we have on the day as we will need to include that also.

Am going to go over a bit of maths later and see if I can polish up my non existent skills!

I see that you have a conditional offer at Wolves well done! Where is your preferred choice?

Steph xx

Hi Steph

Wolves was really nice, very laid back and the lecturers were friendly and helpful and also they have said my clinical placments would be in Dudley, not too far for me to travel but think Worcs has the edge as also seem v friendly and supportive but clinical placement at the alex would be even better!

Have you applied/had interviews anywhere else?

For prep I'm also going thro some maths, and reading and re-reading article and making notes on it but you're right, can only do so much as have to take grp talk on day into account. Grp interview at Cov just felt like sitting and having a chat wth people interested in the same stuff, so I'm hoping Worcs will feel just as informal.

No, i've only applied to worcs as its where I live and i have 3 really young children. If i'm to give the course 100% it needs to be at worcester. You can't beat putting all your eggs in one basket!!

Starting to fret a bit now - tues is pretty close!!l

Wud you be living in halls or travelling each day?

You'll have to wear a white carnation on the day so i know who you are!!

xx
