Im new to the forum and thought i would introduce myself.

My name is Em, and im currently in Spain.

Ive received an invitation to attend the Selection Day and University Campus Suffolk on 16th April and just wondered if anyone else on here is attending too?!?!?

Im now starting my research and finding this forum very useful, so thanks to everyone that has posted tips. Its really appreciated.
Im feeling nervous (and excited at the same time) already and its a month away!! arggghhhh!

If anyone else has experienced the selection day at UCS i'd love to hear from you for any inside information!!

I went to a selection day for UCS on 7th March. Relax, it was absolutely fine and a nice day!

what was involved for the group work and discussion?
how many people were on the interview panel?
and what kind of questions did they ask you?

There were 4 on the panel and we were individually interviewed by 2 of them. The group discussion was on breastfeeding and the questions in the personal interview were on your topic or article and why and what type of midwife would you be. It was absolutely fine, so just try and relax and enjoy it. Have you chosen an article yet and why are you wanting to leave lovely Spain to come to rainy old blighty!

Ooh sorry, there were 11 of us there!

Mine wasn't good, especially when interviewer tells me my answer is wrong ho hum looks like this yrs interviews will be groundwork for next year

im not too hopeful about my interview either
everytime i answered the questions they were looking at me as if i should have said lots more, but i just couldnt think of anything else to say so didnt!!
arghh!
how come they told you your answers were wrong??
have u heard from ARU yet?
i have checked on UCAS track and it doesnt recognise my log in details, so this could be a bad sign that i have been deleted?!?
