Question Edge Hill - Just waiting........
Heloooo

My curiosity was driving me round the bend so I have called Edge Hill haha, and it definitely is more waiting I'm afraid!

The lady I spoke to was very very helpful and patient, the number of calls she must get a day haha! She told me that the head of the course is away at a conference and will be back the earliest on Tuesday after easter. She makes the final decisions obviously so they are waiting for her to get back.

She also said that they only finished interviewing the day before last but all the unsuccessfuls have been informed. Those that are left are on a list that is waiting to be cut down and split into successful and on reserve.

So hopefully, it should be end of next week at the latest, don't think I can cope!!

haha no problem!

I wasn't gona ring but I was going mad!!

Yeah I suppose at the worst we are on reserve, but I still can't work out if that is worse because we are so close haha!

ohh my god I really hope that woman has given you the right info, because even if we only get on the reserve list then there is still a chance, x x

so have i got this right there are no more unsuccessfuls what so ever I know I am acting thick here but I can't quite believe what she is saying lolololol
I don't think i will believe anything till i see it in black and white lolol

lol I know what you mean!

Its quite hard to take in and because its still not absolutely positive I am still not happy haha and still as nervous as ever, but at least it may be only next week when we find out!

I do believe in what the lady said to me, as I said, she was so so lovely! Don't feel thick haha, I want everything double checked too, but as far as she knows, well she said for definite all the unsuccessfuls have been told!

Arghhhhh!

oh my god oh my god, I have rang edge hill myself today and they were in the proccess of doing the short list,(right that minute while i was on the phone lololol)

oh my god, and that they would be sending all the letters out today, and she said we should all know by sat' morning (letter off the postie)

hi emsi,
i'm sooooooo confused now, just been told that i was unsuccessful at uclan,
so i have only edge hill to fall back on,
I phoned this morning and asked if anything had been decided, they said they are sorting them out today, i asked if all the unsuccessfuls had been told and she said she can't tell me........

ooo now I am confused lol! That is mad, unless we spoke 2 two different people I can't understand that! Maybe we will find out sooner than we think then hopefully? Sorry about UCLAN btw! Come on Edge Hill! I wish they would tell us the same thing haha!
