Has anyone heard back from their interview yet for CCCU? Or does anyone know when we should expect to hear? I am seriously going grey with stress!

how long have you been waiting? I waited almost six weeks (they were 6 weeks of hell) i hope you hear some really good news soon (before you end up completly grey) lololol

I go there. Not sure if things have changed, but in 2006 we were told Easter time and in reality it was the latest poss date of May 9th (UCAS deadline)

Apparently it happened last year too,hopefully that won't apply to you though.

I would ring Admissions at CCCU and ask them directly.

Though, one positive is those who had not made it had heard at this point.

I have been waiting since 5th March, I know it's not that long ago, but it seems like a life time. I am currently doing the access course and have got so many assignments to do, but I just can't seem to get motivated as my mind is constantly worrying about getting a place.

How did they let you know, was it through UCAS or letter?

I'm also waiting for CCCU, Chatham, had my interview 27th Feb. Due to that bad weather the other week, they rescheduled a day of interviews so I understand they only finished interviewing yesterday. Some people who have had interviews have already found out they were unsuccessful. So if you haven't heard yet then hopefully it will be good news.

Last years delay was partly down to staffing issues - one of the admin staff left the day after the interviews, so hopefully that won't happen this year. They heard by end of March last year, but the interview timescales were different (Dec to Feb I think). Whereas our interviews were all Feb & March.

You will most likely find out by going on UCAS track - or by hearing on on here that others have found out so then you'll go and check Track...

I know how bad it is, it is awful carrying on with access when you don't know if you even have a place to go to! I hate waiting for things and that was the worst wait ever. I had my interview on the 8th of Feb, found out via telephone to UCAS on the 9th of May as track was down. (Letters come out a good while afterwards, except unsuccessful letters)

Huge hugs to you, I know I can't help at all, but you are among those who understand

I wish you luck, and I would ring them tomorrow to find out when the latest possible date is, that way you'll know for certain.

Also ask your tutor on the access course, ours was so sick of the hang-dog faces she told us that uni had asked for references for us all (5 of us) she said this was also good news.

Thanks for all your support. I didn't realise they had already let some unsuccessful people know, was this by UCAS?

I so need to get motivated........... have two presentations to do Mon and Tues next week and also two essays to hand in. Anyone know anything about drugs and neurotransmitters!

I think i'm going to turn into a "UCAS Stalker"..............
